"Metaphor" is a series of paintings that employ animal patterns applied to the human form. The animals were studied to learn how the pattern should fall to look natural instead of costume like. Each model was hired to match the animal they were intended to portray. Be sure to read the descriptions of each individual to find which came first: the inspiration, or the model!
